Viewing and Use of Images

Equiart Photography. All content, including but not limited to photos, logo, images, text, other content and site layout that make up any part of the www.equiartphotography.com website is copyright to Equiart Photography.

Privacy Policy

We are happy to have you as a visitor to our web site and happy for your interest in our services. That is why we take protecting your privacy and the personal data you provide us with very seriously. It goes without saying that we abide by the regulations in the privacy law. In the following we inform you of what images we may collect and what we do with your personal information and images.

All information provided to Equiart Photography is private and confidential and we do not use any of your information for anything other than to mail out your purchases from us or contact you if we are experiencing difficulties with your order.

Photographing of Minors.

At most shows/events we may be taking photos of minors under the age of 16 years. If you are the parent or guardian of these children and do not wish the image/s to be up for viewing on our website please contact equiartphotography@hotmail.com with the show/event details and the image number/s, and we will be happy to remove them at your request.

Copyright Policy

Whilst the copies of your Digital Prints / Canvas Prints and Photo CD’s are yours once you have purchased them, Equiart Photography retains the Copyright on all the original images. If you wish to purchase a particular image and the copyright we are more than willing to negotiate a price to which (once you have paid in full and the funds are cleared) we will release the image to you.

Once you have purchased your images (released or not), we are happy for you to use those photos in any publication (newsletters etc.) and do not charge for this. We think it is unfair for you to have to pay for your photos twice to be able to use them for publication rights. All we ask is that you kindly make sure that any of our photos used in any publication are marked as follows ...
